SCORING SYSTEM

The scoring system for all the competitions in Memang Kecoh 2007 is as below:

1st place 30 points

2nd place 25 points
3rd place 20 points
4th place 15 points
5th place 10 points
6th place 5 points
7th place 3 points

8th place 3 points

The number of places that will be eligible for points for each competition will be determined by the secretariat. In case of placing is determined until 3rd or 4th place only , the rest of the finishers will be awarded equal number of points according to the next highest placing available.

For example,
1. if the point allocated is for six finalists, and the placings are determined until the third positions, the rest (three finalists) will be awarded joint fourth place, and each will get 15 points.
2. if thepoint allocated are for eight finalists, and the placings are determined only for first and second places, the rest (6 finalists) will be awarded joint third place, and each will get 20 points.
